When we asked our engineers to develop the MultiTask SL,™ we didn’t want them to simply redesign an existing drop frame sideloader. Forget ordinary crushers that only rotate 90 degrees. MultiTask SL™ features the RadialCrusher,™ a unique blade that not only crushes garbage, it sweeps it through the largest hopper in the industry and up into the truck body—with no assistance from a packing blade. That’s nearly 250 degrees of rotation! So, your drivers will save time, and wear and tear on the packing blade. Furthermore, the Radial Crusher™ tackles cardboard boxes and other memory materials in one sweep, as opposed to the three or four operations required by a conventional crusher panel and packer blade.

Hydraulic valve body is mounted on right side (curb side) of body for easy access and service. Hydraulic components are also accessible through the hinged access panel at the front head.
- Exclusive Radial Crusher Rotates 250°
Powerful crusher pre-crushes bulky items and sweeps the hopper with 250° rotation. Crusher also helps discharge the load at the landfill by assisting material movement.
- 37° Dumping Angle
Twin hoist cylinders and low dumping angle provide greater stability at the landfill.
- Fully Weld Subframe
Heil is the only manufacturer to FULLY WELD an interlaced subframe on refuse units. It’s the strongest foundation in the industry. Fully welded means superior resistance to salt and corrosion (corrosive elements won’t creep into crossmembers)
- Smooth Body Sidewall
Made From 110,000 psi High Tensile Steel and stylish body sidewall is easier to clean, more resistant to rust and corrosion. The smooth side is also easy to apply large graphics without the need for costly sign frame.
