The Formula® 7000 Split Body is a patented, automated two-commodity collection vehicle. This
pioneering system is used in some locations to collect trash and co-mingled recyclables simultaneously,
while others use it solely as a two-stream automated recycling unit (paper products and co-mingled, for
example).
Designed to work in conjunction with a split cart, the F7000 Split Body has a diverter panel in the hopper
that automatically sends one commodity to the bottom body chamber and the other commodity to the
top chamber.
If you currently use separate vehicles for trash and recycling collection, this fully automated system
of collecting both trash and recyclables in one pass can eliminate an entire truck from your route.
And that saves you money – in fuel, manpower, and capital equipment outlay.
The Formula® 7000 Split Body also encourages recycling efforts in communities because it is
customer friendly and easy for residents to recycle. The F7000 Split Body has more than 10 years
