He has degrees in Automotive Engineering and Marketing. Mike began his career with British
automaker Jaguar, where he earned a broad background in manufacturing, from production to
research and development. Mike is based out of Atlanta.

Shuon Madden
Regional Manager -
Latin America and Caribbean
Shuon is a native of Venezuela and a naturalized American citizen. Prior to joining the Heil team
in 1998 Shuon was general manager for a Heil distributor in Venezuela, with over 22 years
representing Heil products. Shuon’s knowledge of municipal purchasing procedures makes him
uniquely qualified in dealing with the growing Latin American market.

Export Logistics Manager
Sue has been with Heil for over 27 years. She
is Heil’s authority on global shipping, and serves as the primary contact between Heil’s
manufacturing divisions and the company’s international distributors and customers. Sue’s
experience in the international marketplace and her worldwide contacts provide world class
customer service.
